How your shots travel

In warmer months, your shots travel in a thermal bag with an ice pack. In colder months, they travel without one. Our lab testing shows the shots keep well for up to two days out of the fridge.

Put them in the fridge as soon as they arrive.

Returns & refunds

CECII shots are fresh and perishable, so we can’t accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been sent.

If something is wrong with your order — damaged, faulty or not what you ordered — contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
