Where we deliver

We deliver across the UK only.

Delivery charge

We send every order with Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery is from £4.65 and is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order.

When we send your order

We send orders Monday to Thursday, the working day after you order. Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday are sent on Monday. You will get an email with a tracking link when your order is on its way.. 

When it arrives

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next day. Delivery can take longer at busy times or if Royal Mail is delayed.

How your shots travel

In warmer months, your shots travel in a thermal bag with an ice pack. In colder months, they travel without one. Our lab testing shows the shots keep well for up to two days out of the fridge. Put them in the fridge as soon as they arrive.

Receiving your order

Please make sure someone can take in the parcel. We can’t deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers. If you are going to be on holiday and due to recieve CECII shots, please let us know so that we can re-schedule the delivery when you are at home.

Late or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of being sent, email us at team@ceciihealth.com with your order number.
